CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE ANNUAL MEETING
There is no penalty for cancellations made prior to April 12. After that date, there will be a $200 per person penalty.
HOTEL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Each TCC Annual Meeting registrant must make personal arrangements for hotel accommodations. The conference hotel, Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square, 1800 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103, is pleased to extend the following discounted rate to all attendees of the meeting for $229 plus taxes per night. The rate is good for 3 days prior and 3 days after the event dates, subject to availability. It is suggested that you arrive in Philadelphia on April 25, as meeting events begin the morning of April 26. Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Please note, you must reserve your room by April 4, 2024, to secure the discounted rate. Book early as room availability is limited.
