Arizona GCOT Sponsorships: The sponsorship program for the Arizona Governor's Conference on Tourism (GCOT) provides the opportunity to participate in the conference at a variety of levels, offering organizations the flexibility to choose the sponsorship level that best suits their budget and promotional needs. All sponsor levels are cash only participation and may be a cooperative partnership between no more than two organizations, each contributing an equal amount.

Who Attends: Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs), Chambers of Commerce, Industry-Related State Agencies, Hotels and Resorts, Restaurants, Wineries, Food & Beverage Providers, Attractions, Museums, State Parks, National Parks, Arts & Culture Businesses, Gaming Industry, Advertising Agencies and Marketing Firms, Municipalities (Cities, Towns, Counties), Economic Development Agencies, Tourism-Industry Associations, Tribal Tourism Entities.

General Packages

 DIAMOND - $20,000
• Sponsor your choice of any general session, evening reception or the conference lunch. First choice of session is determined by the first sponsor whose payment is received
• Full-page advertisement in the GCOT printed program

• Name recognition on the 2025 GCOT website linking back to the sponsor's provided website

 PLATINUM - $15,000
• Sponsor your choice of any general session, evening reception or the conference lunch. First choice of session is determined by the first sponsor whose payment is received
• Opportunity to play promotional video under two (2) minutes and place collateral on attendee tables for session
• Full-page advertising in the GCOT printing program
• Company name, address and contact information in the GCOT printed program
• Name recognition on the 2025 GCOT website linking back to the sponsor's provided website

• Four (4) complementary attendee registrations / 25% discount on additional registrations

 GOLD - $10,000
• Sponsor your choice of one breakout session. First choice of session is determined by the first sponsor whose payment is received.
• Opportunity to work alongside AOT to put together the session and moderate it.
• Opportunity to play promotional video under two (2) minutes and place collateral on attendee tables during selected breakout session.
• Half-page advertising in the AZGCOT printing program
• Company name, address and contact information in the GCOT printed program
• Name recognition on the 2025 GCOT website linking back to the sponsor's provided website

 BRONZE - $5,000

 PLATINUM PAID DOMESTIC MEDIA PACKAGE + PHOTO PACKAGE - $15,000
• Media Package: Inclusion in domestic paid digital media, committing to certain metrics (impressions, etc.). DMO Sponsor will be included across a mix of Native or Custom Content Publisher (i.e. Smithsonian), and digital display. OMA will work with DMO Sponsor to gather content and assets for program delivery. **Impressions, timing and media mix will be determined once the number and level of sponsors is known.
• Photo Package: Off Madison Ave. (OMA) will help coordinate and provide photographers to shoot a select number of images. These images would then be owned by the DMO Sponsor and AOT. Half day shoot with areas of focus determined by DMO Sponsor. Final deliverables up to 20-40 image selects, will include b-roll. Talent not included.

• Sponsor one conference night room drop to our conference room block. Sponsor chooses, produces and delivers the gift or collateral you would like provided to each attendee under the room block. The first sponsor whose payment is received has the first choice of either Wednesday or Thursday night

• Sponsor custom water bottles for attendees featuring the sponsor’s logo.
